Refunds

Eligible requests

Request a refund within 14 days if paid files cannot be accessed, the delivered product materially differs from the product-page description, or a duplicate charge occurred. Mark Signals may first attempt to correct an access or delivery problem.

Normally ineligible

Refunds are normally unavailable for a change of mind after the paid files were accessed, outcomes or business results not promised by the product, dissatisfaction with accurately disclosed public-source coverage, or renewal charges that were not canceled before processing.

How to request

Reply to the Gumroad receipt and identify the purchasing email and reason for the request. Do not send card details. Approved refunds return through Gumroad to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside Mark Signals' control.
