Gumroad processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. Mark Signals receives the business contact and transaction information needed to deliver purchases, support customers, reconcile payments, and prevent abuse. Mark Signals does not receive complete card numbers.

Source records

Mark Signals publications use business and regulatory records from identified public sources. They are not designed to collect personal contact data.

Retention and requests

Information is retained only as needed for delivery, accounting, security, support, and legal duties. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by replying to their Gumroad receipt. Identity verification may be required. Do not send card details.
